        Civil Services Academy (CSA), Lahore is a premier training institution of Pakistan for pre-service training of Civil Servants recruited by Federal Public Service Commission through a competitive mechanism commonly known as CSS examination. It is one of the constituent units of National School of Public Policy. All other units of NSPP cater for the mandatory training of in-service officers for promotions from BPS-19 to 21.
        Civil Services Academy, Lahore has two campuses: Walton campus for CTP and DMG Campus, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam for DMG STP. Both these Campuses are under the administrative control of a Director General who is assisted by Director (CTP), Director(DMG) and Director (Finance & Admn ).
        Presently the two main training programs being conducted at CSA are:

1. Common Training Program (CTP) for Probationary officers of different occupational groups


2. Specialized Training Program (STP) for Probationary officers of District Management Group (DMG)
